Troubleshooting Fast Fixes!
The Machine is showing no sign of power or will not turn on.
Solution:
Check to make sure the machine is properly plugged in and all connections are snug. Also make sure the outlet has power to it. If all else fails check the circuit breaker and reset the unit.
The Machines bill acceptor seems to be jammed.
Solution:
Please unplug the machine and allow it to sit for 5 to 10 seconds. Reinsert the plug and allow the machine to reboot. In most cases this will free the jam.
For Touchtunes Jukeboxes
Solution:
Make sure that the unit has power. Also check the plug for the amplifier to see if it is plugged in and also if the amplifier is turned on. The amplifiier has a green or red led light indicating that it is turned on and has power going to it. The amplifier is a large rectangular box that usually sits in front of the machine or somewhere close to the machine. Also check that volume settings of the jukebox and make sure that the volume is turned up or mute is off.
The Screen Froze and the jukebox is unresponsive.
Solution:
There is a power button located under the front of the jukebox. Turn off the unit for 5 to 10 seconds, then power it back on. This will allow the computer to reboot.
The Jukebox is skipping or the song froze!
Solution:
Locate the jukebox remote and hit the pause button. Allow the jukebox to be paused for 5 to 10 seconds, then hit the pause button again and unpause the jukebox. If this does not work hit the power button on the remote. Allow the jukebox to be turned off for 5 to 10 seconds, then hit the power button again.
